Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for disposable vape purchases. To keep things simple, we provide a free return shipping label. Once we receive the returned product, we’ll issue a refund after deducting only the original shipping cost.

Refunds

• Standard Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will initiate the refund. It may take up to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

• Order Cancellations (Before Shipping): If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, contact us at support@topdisposablevapes.com. We’ll issue a full refund with no deduction.

• Post-Dispatch Cancellations: If your order has already been shipped, you can return it once received. Upon return, we’ll process your refund minus the shipping cost.
